• Payments are processed after a maturation period of approximately 30 days from the date of sale, to allow for order verification and refund periods.

3. Payment

• Commissions will be paid via the payment method specified in your affiliate account.
• We reserve the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You agree to promote our products/services in a lawful and ethical manner.
• You may not engage in misleading advertising, spamming, or any activity that harms our brand reputation.
• You will not make any false claims about our products or earnings potential.

5. Intellectual Property

• You may use approved marketing materials provided by us.
• You may not modify any trademarks, logos, or content without prior written consent.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
• Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions on new sales.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
