CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic tetrasubstituted analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1–29), developed to enhance and sustain endogenous growth hormone (GH) secretion in preclinical models. The covalent attachment of a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) to the peptide confers prolonged systemic half-life via albumin binding, enabling stable elevation of both GH and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels over an extended period.
